Almost all of the staff could use a lesson in customer service, and I am not one to complain about customer service AT ALL. The deli was extremely convenient for late night munching. The buffets were very good, especially the seafood dinner!! But as other reviewers have noted, I did see some left overs at lunch which really wasn't a big deal to us. I would definitely suggest the tower rooms, however, as they are worth the extra 10-20$!! The casino was fun! We really enjoyed ourselves, and ended up breaking even between our wins and loses by the end of our stay. We took a walk to the 'old' part of the casino and it was loud (all rooms face the pool, although my parents stayed here a few weeks before us and said that it was not bad. I absolutely loved our room, which was on the top floor of the tower. My boyfriend and I recently returned from a three night stay at black bear casino.
